Welcome to Cardiff Area Singles.
We are a group of +50ish in South Wales of like minded people who since early January 2006 have grown from 23 people to well into three figures now when all together. It is completely run by members for members on a non-profit basis, so far we have had no reason for funds( SO IT'S FREE). The main idea being each person will agree to put on just ONE event in a one-year period. That may be a small or large event depending on your idea. Also help each other when needed, the most important thing is to enjoy the friendship of the group and spread the word.
There are two very important points, which must be clearly put to you, that we do EVERY THING VOLUNTARILY
Plus in ALL the “CAS” events, if you are injured you are NOT INSURED in anyway by us. This unlikelihood may be if you slip over on a walk or go mad when dancing, so far only some crazy women dancers!
We meet every TUESDAY night at the Hollybush pub, Pennwalt road, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF14 7EG (2 minutes south from J32 off M4). From about 9:15pm until 11:15pm in the rear of the room. Finally when we dance it's always “UK Singles” They are very good, based in Cardiff & Newport on a Friday or Saturday.
